Steps to download Permanent DL :

• Go on the above page(Link) and click on 'Driving License' Menu.
• Click 'Print Driving License' Option.
• Enter Application Number and Date of Birth.
• A OTP will be sent to registered mobile.
• Enter OTP, after Validating Print/Download DL.
