Steps to download NOC/RC/Temporary RC :

• Go on the above page(Link) and click on 'Download Document' Menu.
• 'Select RC Print(Form 23)' Option.
• Select State 'Uttar Pradesh'.
• Now enter Full Registration, Chassis and Engine number.
• Click Validate given Numbers, a OTP will be sent to registered mobile number.
• Enter OTP, after Validating Print/Download RC.
