Purchaser will complete the formalities of registration of vehicles at dealer end immediately after purchasing the vehiicle. Registration related all formalities will be completed by dealer. Following docluments are required for registration of vehicle.

Document for registration of Motor Vehicles

As per Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 (Rule -4)

  • Sale Certificate in from 21.
  • Valid insurance Certificate.
  • Original Sale certificate from the concerned authorities in form 21 in the case of ex-army vehicle.
  • Proof of address (as notified in rule -4 of CMVR 1989 or rule 18-A of UP Motor vehicle rule-1998).
  • Temporary Registration, if any.
  • Road worthiness certificate in form 21, form 22A from the body nbuilders and form 22B bus bus body fabricator.
  • Custom clearance certificate in the case of imported vehicles along with the license and bond if any.
  • Appropriate fee as specified in rule 81.
  • Proof of fitment of Fastag specified in rule 138A.
  • Proof of citizenship.
  • Proof of legal presence in India in addition to proof of residence in case of foreigners.
